The machine is PLC controlled, driven by Hydraulic Motor, full hydraulic pressure and cycled automatically. The temperature can be controlled automatically by pre-selection. The type of injection material is horizontal. It can process multi material as TR, PVC, TPR, TPU.

 

Mold carrier unit

l         Mold thickness automatically compensated hydraulic clamping system.

l         Three-position (0^o-90^o-180^o) mold rotating head providing multi-mold production capability for single color and two-color with three-layer unit soles, etc.

l         Unique rotating head positioning mechanism, providing precise and fast mold positioning.

l         Upper and bottom molds ejector units for easy, fast and distortion free sole removal.

l         Automatic sliding unit for flexible and easy, fast and distortion free sole removal.

l         Automatic sliding unit for flexible and easy sole collection and for easy insertion parts placement.

l         With separate cooling systems on three faces rotating head and bottom mole plate, cooling time is shortened and productivity is higher.

l         Separate blowing system on three faces rotating head and bottom mold plate, providing easy soles and sprue removal.

Feeding unit

l         Provide injection or extrusion system available for TR.

l         Electric motor driven injection point height adjustment system, suitable for different size of molds.

l         Adjustment of injection point with horizontal leveling, no material heap at channel of extruders.

l         Precise barrel temperature control with P.I.D. control system.

l         It is easy and fast for material changing with less waste.

Electric control system

l         With self-diagnosis analysis system, current status of machine operation can be monitored to insure smoothly production.

l         Providing with work file records, processing parameters for different molds can be saved with individual files, production is more efficient

Every extruder is with independent nozzle, material flow is not interfered, colors are not mingled, outsole colors are clearer.
